Intech's solution was custom built to the requirements of Decco; containing product data for all 20 Decco branches, updating regularly and passing orders to the correct branch in real-time. The strength of the DeccoNet system lies in the interface with existing sales systems for Decco branches. Orders place online are processed by the branch automatically and scheduled for delivery without the need for any changes to the existing branch procedures.

The DeccoNet interface is fast - utilizing custom compiled code to interface with the Database. Large result lists can be returned within seconds thanks to the power of the Raima database system. The order histories of individual customers are stored and readily available, allowing a customer to place repeat orders instantly, and the shop manager system allows a customized list of a customers stock range to be built (and maintained) to give them further control over their stock management.
